The last few days have been all about cold water swims, long walks, good books, nourishing food, a bit of yoga, and of course, some quality family time out in nature ๐Ÿ’™

Feeling goodโ€ฆ really good. This kind of time out is the best self-care I can give myself.

Eating too much processed food increases your risk of cancer, heart disease, and dementia.

Hereโ€™s how to spot ultra-processed foods:

1๏ธโƒฃ Long ingredient lists with additives like gums and emulsifiers.

2๏ธโƒฃ Similar taste and weird textures.

3๏ธโƒฃ Itโ€™s not just fat, sugar, or salt, itโ€™s the processing that messes with your appetite and gut.

4๏ธโƒฃ Additives can damage your gut and fuel inflammation.

5๏ธโƒฃ Cook more at home if you can, use whole foods. But donโ€™t shame those who canโ€™t, sometimes itโ€™s the only option.
