Happy February
Last month I completed no alcohol or fizzy pop January.
Going forward I will be allocating fizzy pop days.
So I wont be going back to drinking fizzy pop like water 🤣😂
My January highlight is I finally got to see Hamilton

This month in my personal goals is excercise more
And keep up with boxcercise🥊🥊
My Buisness goal is sorting out doing Treatments at home ready for march.

It's the small changes that makes a huge difference

Sorry I've gone radio silent
January been a bit hit and miss.
Mainly miss.
But I've stuck to dry and no fizzy pop January. Done more boxercise
Walking more
So that's good.

Here a few updates
As of 1st of February I will be working
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday appointments on request

I've been giving this amazing opportunity to freelance in a salon in Saltaire Wednesday and Thursday just doing Massage.

As of 7th of February I will no longer be at Belle Femme. All vouchers will have another month added. Or can be transferred to mobile at no extra cost.

As of 3rd of March I will be carrying out treatments at home in the Ingrow area.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am - 5pm
By appointment only
Saturday appointments available on request

Has always I'm still doing mobile appointments

My most productive days are when I wake up and do my morning routine.
It's like filling myself up before I give to everyone else.
It's where I regain clarity
Gone are the days I just shower get dressed and get to work.

It can be 10 minutes or 1 hour
You decide what's your morning routine is like
As long its something just for you to prepare yourself for the day .

And Caleb going to college.
