The first sound bath went very well last night. I was so honoured to be able to help people relax and realign. It was a beautiful space and big enough for everyone who came. I can’t wait for the next one!

Just about ready for the first sound bath on Wednesday evening at Bailiff Bridge Community Centre.
If you are feeling the need for a rest and relax, there are still a few spaces left for this one.
There will be a chance every month to come along and experience the magic that sound and vibration can have on the mind, body and soul.

I’m out in the garden this morning with my cacao. Watching the young robin click at me because the bird seed has run out. Oh the blue t**s are telling me off now too!
