❄️ Paint & Create: Watercolour Snowflake Workshop ❄️

Sunday 7 December, 2pm - 3:30pm (Online)

If you fancy a cosy creative hour this winter, this little workshop is such a lovely way to slow down and play with colour.

We’ll explore simple, relaxing snowflake designs using watercolour - no experience needed at all. It’s gentle, calming, and a really nice way to switch off from the noise of December.

Think warm cuppa, soft colours, and a dash of winter magic.
Perfect for anyone craving a bit of peaceful, creative time.

Spaces are limited - you can grab your spot via the link in my bio.
Would love to have you there.

If the idea of “switching off” feels impossible for your busy mind… intuitive art might be exactly what helps.

In this session, you won’t need to sit still, empty your mind, or follow any rules.

Instead, you’ll explore gentle mark-making while being held in soothing sound vibrations - a calming blend that helps your body soften, your breath slow, and your mind settle without forcing stillness.

Paula (sound therapist) and I (creative therapist) have brought our work together to offer something a little different - a nurturing space where your nervous system can unwind through sound and intuitive expression.

Ready to feel less overwhelmed?
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

If your ADHD brain has felt non-stop lately - the racing thoughts, the overwhelm, the constant juggling - you’re definitely not alone.

And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own either.

In my coaching sessions, we slow things down together. We explore gentle, practical tools that actually fit the way your brain works - not the way you think you’re supposed to operate.

No pressure, no perfection, just support, curiosity, and space to breathe.
If you're hoping for a calmer, more grounded start to the year, I’ve got a small number of spaces opening from January.

If that feels like the right step for you, I’d love to hear from you.

Pop me a message or visit my website if you’d like to explore working together.

If your brain is darting all over the place but you really need to get something done, try using focus music as a gentle anchor.

ADHD brains often settle more easily when they’ve got something steady to follow - and certain types of music can help calm the nervous system just enough to get you back into the flow.

Pop on a focus playlist (I use one I found on Spotify!) whenever you feel a bit distracted but still want to stay on track.

The predictable rhythm gives your brain something to latch onto, which can make tasks feel a little easier and less chaotic.

If using sound to support your focus or calm your nervous system resonates with you, my Creative Sound Bath on the 3rd December might be something you’d enjoy. It’s a soothing mix of sound, rest, and gentle creativity. Check out the details in my bio, on the website, or DM me for info xx

Top Tip: If you want to create art but don’t know where to start, try using sound as your first step.

Put on a piece of music that you enjoy and let the rhythm guide your hand.

You don’t need an idea - just follow the beat, the mood, the atmosphere.
It takes the pressure off the blank page and gets you moving.

A number of artists have played with this idea.

Wassily Kandinsky painted in response to music, experiencing sound as colour and movement.

And Piet Mondrian was inspired by jazz - you can see the rhythm and energy of it in his later work.

You don’t have to do anything complicated.

Just let the sound lead, explore what shows up on the page, and most of all - enjoy the process.

Have fun with it!

If you enjoy exploring how sound and creativity work together, you might love the Creative Sound Bath I’m running on the 3rd December. It’s a really gentle space to unwind, get inspired, and reconnect with yourself through sound. Check out the details in my bio, on the website, or DM me for info xx

When did you last let yourself slow down?

When did you last sit down with a paintbrush, breathe out, and let the world get a little quieter?

That’s the feeling I want to create on Sunday 7th December, when we gather online for a gentle watercolour workshop inspired by snowflakes.

There’s no pressure, no perfection, no “proper” art rules - just soft colour, simple shapes, and space for you.

We’ll explore watercolour painting, patterns, snowflake-inspired doodles, and the joy of experimenting without worrying how it turns out. Create your own designs, or follow along with me, by the end of the session you will have created your own mini winter wonderland.

If you’re craving calm, connection, and a cosy afternoon away from the noise, you’re so welcome to join us.

Time: 2pm–3:30pm (UK time)
