Hey guys! We know that the school holidays is a long time and keeping active/finding things to do can be really hard. Our top tip for the holidays is to keep active as much as possible; even if it’s just a mindfulness walk you take everyday!
It is also really important to sleep at a consistent rate at a reasonable time for around 8 hours each night as when your asleep. This is time that most of your bodily processes happen and it really helps your overall health.
Never feel pressured to do activities you don’t feel comfortable with and always keep safe when out with friends or family during this time.
