We’re looking for a female Support Worker to join our friendly team, supporting two individuals in the Queensbury and Denholme areas.

This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same – you’ll help with daily living, encourage independence, and be a positive presence in someone’s life.

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with diverse and complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage individual care packages
✅ Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and audits
✅ Organise and maintain staff rotas
✅ Attend and contribute to meetings and care reviews
✅ Provide hands-on support when required
✅ Keep care plans and risk assessments updated and accurate
✅ Ensure services meet CQC Fundamental Standards
✅ Participate in the on-call rota
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in the care sector (essential)
✔ Understanding of Fundamental Standards of Care
✔ Excellent organisation, leadership, and people skills
✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3/5) or equivalent experience
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential

We provide 24/7 care and support for one of our service users Dean. He moved into his forever home in May 2024 thanks to the Small Supports initiative 💙 🏠. This week due to the hard work of SKW Construction Deans dreams came true and his garden was completed. Dean chose the design himself - we think it’s pretty cool. Well done to everyone involved in the process!
