Time , getting loads people with injuries at moment , easy prevention train correct , warm up cool down , and the biggest , if your a athlete or fighter or any sports , to complete its down to fitness techniques put together, Iโm seeing loads vids of trainers putting people through workout and I cringe at some lifting techniques I really do , why train technique for sports and f**k them up in training with s**t lifting , people you train are your responsibility so act like they are , rant over
