Exciting news... I'm Pregnant 🤰 ✨️

Naturally this means that some new changes are happening here at Fortitude 👀

I plan to take a step back from teaching Pilates at the beginning of September. But don't worry, the lovely Louise will be taking over the mats for a few months!

I'm hoping to continue with some pre and post natal Pilates classes over the next few months and will aim to join in as a participant to maintain some strength and fitness as I grow!

I will be continuing in clinic up until just before Christmas 🎄 before I take a few months off. Of course I will still be around doing admin and all the other tasks! But I may be a bit quieter for a while! So make sure you plan your appointments to get in before I take a break! 🗓

Simple Yoga Flow Routine EVERYONE can save and follow along with at home! 🧘‍♀️✨

We had our first pre natal pilates class last night with ladies wishing to learn how best to prepare their bodies for birth and recovery 🤰💪

Our ladies were all hitting their final trimester!

So this is your reminder that pregnancy doesn't have to stop you moving, a simple adaptation is all you need!

We've had some really beautiful days this week and the studio always looks and feels its best when the doors are open and the fresh air is coming through ☀️.

We have a few NEW regular classes, including a beginners Yoga on a Tuesday Lunchtime, A functional fitness class run by one of our physios, and a Saturday morning Yoga.

What really sets us apart from others is that our classes are run by physios and massage therapists who are injury and pain informed BUT without the price tag of your usual clinical classes. Because we want to make sure our expertise are accessible to everyone.

If you are worried about attending a class due to pain or injury then please book in with one of our Physios first and we can help guide you on what classes/ exercise would be best for you.

We can also offer 1-1 sessions if you aren't sure about joining a class yet.
