Getting back into exercise after having a baby is not easy!
It’s natural to be worried about over doing it as well as not knowing if you’re doing enough.
It’s important to build your body back up gradually and that will look different for everyone!
Here are some exercises you can do whilst your baby naps (or refuses to nap as mine was this day 🙈) to help strengthen your core. 💪
