Tabor Centre Braintree Tabor Day Care Centre was founded in 1990 and its objective is to help adults with physical disabilities. i

The Centre not only provides a stimulating environment for people to meet and socialize it provides respite and free time for family and carers. The day care Centre offers many choices of activities these include cooking, art/craft , music, board games, Bingo, Boccia, fitness , floristry and WEA classes. Our fitness room contains two thera bikes a standing frame and many other pieces of equipment.

We also provide access to visiting professionals a physiotherapist and chiropodist. Hot meals are cooked on the premises for members to enjoy. Day care services can help combat loneliness and isolation and boost self -esteem. The building is all disabled friendly with easy access.
