Invest in yourself! 🌸

Perhaps we are all guilty of putting things off because our other lists of things to do is very long?

However, I have noticed that over the last 5 years, my investment in my qualifications hasn’t just boosted my knowledge and helped me network with similar people but it has also built my self-esteem.

Yesterday I went to a fabulous conference with some inspirational talks about subjects that I am passionate about!

Make sure you take the time to invest in you too!!!! 💖

Today we’re celebrating all the wonderful mums, grandmothers and mother figures who guide, support and inspire their little ones every single day 💛

At MiniMe Mindfulness®, we see first-hand the impact a calm word, a reassuring hug and a positive role model can have on a child’s confidence and mindset.

We also recognise that Mother’s Day isn’t always an easy day for everyone. For some, it can bring mixed emotions, loss, longing or quiet reflection. Wherever today finds you, we’re sending kindness and compassion your way.

Motherhood — and caring roles of every kind — are full of love, learning and growing. And it’s important to remember… you can’t pour from an empty cup™. Taking a few moments for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s powerful modelling. When children see adults practising calm, self-care and positive self-talk, they learn to do the same.

In Braintree, I am delivering over 30 sessions this week to over 500 children.

We are all incredibly passionate about creating positive mental health through mindset and mindfulness techniques - it’s a privilege to support children, especially this week! 💖
