⬜️▪️ 𝙀𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘾𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙉 𝘿𝙊𝙀𝙎𝙉’𝙏 𝙃𝘼𝙑𝙀 𝙏𝙊 𝘽𝙀 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙋𝙇𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙏𝙀𝘿
Check out our lunch today; hot chilli chicken & rice, made from last nights left over chicken breast, seasoned with garlic and chilli, and served with brown rice, peas, carrots, butter beans, edamame beans, tomatoes, spring onion and cucumber, full of flavour and colour! We’ve even used the left over raw broccoli from dinner crumbled over to give the dish an extra protein hit!
We knocked this up in about five minutes, chucked in all the veg and salad we had to use before it turned, threw on some omega seeds to boost our brain power and good fat levels and VOILA…..a lunch worth shouting about!!
No rubbish, no powders, no fakes, no nothings….other than clean, tasty, healthy food!
Follow a few simple rules and you can’t go wrong!
1: Eat Natural
2: Avoid artificial, processed and Man made
3: Avoid meal replacement and supplement powders that you add to foods
4: Eat fresh
5: Eat as much Veg as you want!
6: Keep your proteins pure and simple (eggs, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, veggies, tofu, soya)
7: Get the good fats in you: poly and mono unsaturated fats ARE GOOD for you and you need them! So enjoy nuts, avocados, olive oil, oily fish, chia seeds!
8: By all means have a protein shake, but make it yourself and use an unflavoured natural whey or hemp/soy/pea protein powder without any added nasties!
9: Enjoy your food, it’s enjoyable, it’s sociable, it’s inspiring and it’s fun!
10: Pretty much, eat what the earth gave you!
ITS ALL GOOD AND YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WHEN MOTHER NATURES GOT YOUR BACK (and your front and your up and your down…..and in truth….your whole body!!)
