▪️ SUPER STARS

These beautiful little gems of goodness are bits you most probably throw away when cooking….but don’t underestimate how super these little stars are!

These bad boys are sliced broccoli stems….and the are super versatile and super tasty!

We drizzle ours with olive oil, chopped garlic, paprika and some sea salt. Bake in the oven until golden brown…..

And here the even better bit….They’re loaded with goodness too! From Protein, Thiamin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron and Selenium, as well as being a great source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Manganese!

So waste not….want not, use every part of your broccoli and feel like a SUPER STAR!

▪️ CURLY COMFORT CRISPS

For those that have a love for snacking and the humble crisp, then this little number is perfect to satisfy even the pickiest of fingers!!

These awesome Curly Kale, Beetroot and carrot crisps are so quick and easy to make and full of flavour!

Simply slice the veg thinly, drizzle in a little olive oil and a sprinkle of Garlic sea salt and bake until crispy
Serve hot or cold…..With a dip or without

Enjoy!

⬜️▪️ 𝙀𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘾𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙉 𝘿𝙊𝙀𝙎𝙉’𝙏 𝙃𝘼𝙑𝙀 𝙏𝙊 𝘽𝙀 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙋𝙇𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙏𝙀𝘿

Check out our lunch today; hot chilli chicken & rice, made from last nights left over chicken breast, seasoned with garlic and chilli, and served with brown rice, peas, carrots, butter beans, edamame beans, tomatoes, spring onion and cucumber, full of flavour and colour! We’ve even used the left over raw broccoli from dinner crumbled over to give the dish an extra protein hit!

We knocked this up in about five minutes, chucked in all the veg and salad we had to use before it turned, threw on some omega seeds to boost our brain power and good fat levels and VOILA…..a lunch worth shouting about!!

No rubbish, no powders, no fakes, no nothings….other than clean, tasty, healthy food!

Follow a few simple rules and you can’t go wrong!

1: Eat Natural
2: Avoid artificial, processed and Man made
3: Avoid meal replacement and supplement powders that you add to foods
4: Eat fresh
5: Eat as much Veg as you want!
6: Keep your proteins pure and simple (eggs, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, veggies, tofu, soya)
7: Get the good fats in you: poly and mono unsaturated fats ARE GOOD for you and you need them! So enjoy nuts, avocados, olive oil, oily fish, chia seeds!
8: By all means have a protein shake, but make it yourself and use an unflavoured natural whey or hemp/soy/pea protein powder without any added nasties!
9: Enjoy your food, it’s enjoyable, it’s sociable, it’s inspiring and it’s fun!

10: Pretty much, eat what the earth gave you!

ITS ALL GOOD AND YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WHEN MOTHER NATURES GOT YOUR BACK (and your front and your up and your down…..and in truth….your whole body!!)

This Super colourful and Super tasty lunch is healthy and balanced with everything you need to keep you feeling full and satisfied….all the flavour of an indulgent meal without the crazy calorie content……and best of all, this was the result of left overs that needed to be used up!
