✨ That’s a wrap on our Baby’s 1st Easter Parties! ✨
I honestly cannot thank Emma Ashdown Photography enough for giving up her time to be with us all week at our parties. It’s such a huge commitment, and I’m so incredibly grateful to have her there every single time.
Emma has been doing our party photos for around 5 years now, and I feel so lucky that our paths crossed all those years ago. She is unbelievably talented, so patient with the babies, and always throws herself into the week just as much as we do. We truly couldn’t do these specials without her.
Her work isn’t finished yet either… Emma will now spend the next few days editing all of your photos and uploading them into individual galleries — all 150 of them! 🤯
She’s planning to have all galleries sent out before Easter, so keep an eye on your inbox!
We always have the best time working together, lots of laughs along the way, and I’m already looking forward to the next one…
even if she does put her chocolate in the fridge 😜 iykyk
Thank you Emma, we appreciate you more than you know 💛

🚽 Potty Training Workshop Tonight – 7pm at The Hub! 🚽
I’m hosting our Potty Training Workshop tonight (Thursday) at 7:00pm at The Hub, and we still have space for anyone who would like to join us. If you’re thinking about starting potty training soon, or feeling a bit unsure where to begin, this workshop will give you the confidence and tools you need.
During the workshop we cover:
🚽 Signs your child is ready
🚽 How to support your child emotionally and practically
🚽 Hints, tips and tricks for successful potty training
🚽 Play and activity ideas to build the skills they need
🚽 How to handle accidents, refusal and regression positively
🚽 Handout to take home
🚽 Hot cuppa and biscuits included
We also talk about how emotional readiness and cognitive development are just as important as physical readiness, and how play and stories can really help little ones feel confident with this big step.
There will be time to chat, ask questions, and talk with other parents going through the same stage too.
✨ Message me to book a last-minute space or book online now!
I’d love to see you there. 💛

❓Some questions we’ve been asked recently…
Is my child too shy for Tiny Tots?
Not at all 💛
We see lots of shy little ones when they first start, and that’s completely normal.
Our classes are designed to be gentle, friendly and welcoming, with no pressure for children to join in straight away. Many little ones like to watch for the first few weeks before they feel ready — and that’s absolutely fine.
Over time, we often see shy children grow in confidence, start joining in at their own pace, and really come out of their shell.
Tiny Tots is a lovely, safe space for little ones to build confidence, social skills and independence.
If you’re unsure which class would suit your child best, just send us a message — we’re always happy to help 💜

The ethos of ‘Happy Mama’ is to bring the community of mamas together and support each other whether it be through friendship, networking or sharing advice. We recognise wholeheartedly that us mums don’t always take time to look after ourselves and can often feel overwhelmed by the prospect of being a mum and don’t always know the wealth of knowledge and support available to us nor the importance of our own health and wellbeing.
Often just chatting to other mums can be enough to reassure you that you are not ‘alone’ or that, how we are feeling is ‘totally normal’ but sometimes talking to someone with more expertise in a specialised area is more reassuring to them. We also believe that ‘people buy from people’ which is why we invite people from the community to attend and our sessions, too, allowing you the opportunity to ask questions about what they do and understand how they might be able to help support or nurture you.
We would really love for this to be a safe, comfortable place with a real emphasis on ‘Mums supporting Mums’. Whilst this will begin as a weekly ‘meet up’ session, we are hoping to hold larger events, such as ‘wellness days’, afternoon teas, summer picnics etc. all of these things we hope will go a long way in creating a network of mums making friends, sharing knowledge and skills and showing support and kindness to each other – after all, this is one of our biggest hopes for our babies!
If you offer a product or service that may benefit the nurture or wellbeing of our mamas or their babies, we would love to hear from you and add you to our list of ‘Happy Mama Friends’. By becoming a ‘Happy Mama Friend’ we will do the following for you;
Add you to our directory of recommended groups/classes/services/professionals in the area. This directory will be accessible for our Mamas in our Happy Mama group.
Share your page, plus any relevant posts with our mamas and to our page.
Signpost any of our mamas to you, as and when relevant.
Advertise your business during relevant themed weeks at our group.
What we ask for in return is;
That you attend our ‘Happy Mama’ weekly sessions 2/3 times a year.
Offer our mums a ‘Happy Mama’ discounts code that they can redeem against a term, first session or consultation with you.
Attendance and support at any larger events that we may plan for our mamas in the future e.g. ‘wellness days’, afternoon teas, summer picnics etc.
If you feel this is something you would like to join, be part of, or would like some more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
