Its so I thought it was about time for a lil' introduction.
My Pilates journey started at 13, when I started taking classes as supplementary training for my ballet technique. I continued this dance training and went on to study at Trinity Laban, where I spent what felt like A LOT of time injured or struggling with niggles and pains. Pilates helped me get back on my feet.. quite literally!
I was fortunate enough to be taught Pilates by some of the best physiotherapists and teachers in the UK...and carry their words of wisdom with me in all my classes. So yaaah. dasss me 🤗 Pilates with Bethan.. coming to a church hall/gym/studio near you 😏

Hey der!
I've been putting off diving into the social media world for quite a while...but I have finally arrived!
I shall be posting on here from time to time with exercises, tips and info about classes. I'm a bit of a technophobe.. so posts will be limited to a couple a week. Apologies for this.. but I do believe that, like Pilates, life is all about balance.. right ?
