Guided meditation for building mental focus and relaxation through slowing down the breath. As the breath is slowed the mind becomes more focused and less impulsive. As the attention is on the sensations of the breath our focus is trained and becomes stronger and more discerning/granular/higher resolution. Basically it chills you out and you build better control of your attention at the same time! 🤣 Please do give it a go if interested, thanks! 😊😊 Duration is 20 minutes!
