Just signed up for this FREE 3 day Menopause training session for women next week to refresh my knowledge. I've been coached by Women of a Certain Stage in the past & can highly recommended all of her menopause training courses.

Menopause doesn’t have an age ticket!

I know from my own experience that it can happen much earlier than you might think. In fact, it can begin in your 30s, 40s, or even your 60s. There’s no set age for this natural transition which is precisely why understanding menopause is crucial for us all. It’s not just about knowing when it might happen, it’s also about recognising the signs, the symptoms, and being aware of how it can affect our lives and the lives of those around us.

If you want to learn more about menopause so that you can support others, join me for my free, 3-day training starting on Monday 3rd June.

This brand new training course is designed to teach you about the silent challenges of menopause, look at the future of menopause coaching and help you become a force for change.

This course is all about empowering women and providing the knowledge needed to help women navigate menopause and recognise its stages and the impact it can have on women’s lives.

There’s still time to join us, simply click here: https://womenofacertainstage.lpages.co/thrive

Forestry England have been working with Sport England to encourage more women to get active outdoors and feel the benefit! In our local woodlands and forests, you can spot wildlife, be mindful or get those steps in with a Nordic walk or riverside hike.

Does anyone else love going for long Walks in South Weald Country Park?

I made this short video last August when I was fundraising for the Charity, Refuge, on a 62 Mile Walking Challenge. The benefits of walking for both my mental & physical health have been just phenomenal, since I began doing it regularly 4 years ago.

When my health has been very bad & I've been unable to get outdoors in the colder Winter months, it really does have a negative effect on me, because its become such a good habit, and I miss walking a lot when I am unable to do it!

I am hoping to organise at least one Group Walk this Summer at South Weald Country Park, as it is such a lovley place and the Deer & the Lake are beautiful - we didn't manage to capture it on film, but a herd of wild deer ran right past us later that afternoon, and it was a magnificent sight to see!

Has anyone gone for a wander down the wonderfully named Wigley Bush Lane in South Weald recently?

I just love Brownes Almshouses and all the other beautiful old buildings you can see down there.
