Thank you all for the support you have given me. For following my work and sharing my posts. Thank you for recommending me to others and help me build my reach to support people. Mostly thank you for trusting me to provide support to you and your children when you have needed it.
I really hope that the support I have provided has helped in some small way. I am now closing Restlessminds UK for the summer and will be back from the 8th of September.
Wishing you all a wonderful summer...or just a summer as I know it can be hard for some families. Please take some time for yourselves if you can, even if it's a small passing moment. Take care of yourselves.

Empowering Southend families: Our SEND Routemaps simplify access to information.

We're thrilled to highlight a project born from true collaboration: our SEND Routemaps. Developed as visual guides, these routemaps are designed to make essential information simpler and easier to access for families in Southend-on-Sea who have children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

We couldn't have done this without the incredible insights and dedication of our community. This vital work was co-led and co-produced with the Southend SEND Independent Forum (SSIF) and directly shaped by the feedback from parent carers in Southend through SSIF seminars, SSIF coffee mornings and Your Local Offer Your Way sessions.

We're also proud to share that another Local Authority has praised our Routemaps, and is considering producing their own - a testament to the power of co-production and its positive impact.

As children spend more time online over the holidays, it’s more important than ever to stay switched on about what they’re seeing, sharing and doing.

The 2 Johns Podcast breaks it down from the positives of exploring the internet to the risks you need to be aware of as a parent, carer or professional.

One of the most powerful ways we can protect young people online is to talk to them, be curious and ask questions.

We're Back!
Our Uniform Bank will be back in full swing for 6 weeks from the 4th August 2025
We will be operating a free weekly drop at Brentwood Library, for families to come along and take what they need. Our stock is limited this year due to space, however we still have lots of pre-loved items available.
