I’m Annie Thomas, a trauma-informed hypnotherapist and emotional wellbeing specialist with over 30 years’ experience. Through Mindful Beginnings, I offer solution-focused hypnotherapy and practical emotional support—online and face-to-face—for people dealing with anxiety, phobias, driving test nerves, or general stress.
My approach combines hypnotherapy, emotional well-being strategies, and CBT in a way that’s respectful, down-to-earth, and tailored to each person. I aim to create a space where you can explore what’s going on, build emotional resilience, and take manageable steps forward.
