My Name is Megan, I live in Bridgend with my wife, daughter & 2 cats Winnie and Luna.

I'm a bit, if not a lot of a bookworm and very studious. I love to learn, I can't remember a time I haven't been trying to learn something new.

Exploring the great outdoors, trekking and hiking 🥾 with my family are some of the ways I love to spend my time and unwind in nature.

Id consider myself a huge Harry potter fan! And definitely a bit of a geek 🤓 .

I value old fashioned ways, and love a good natter.

Setting up The Rowan Tree Therapy came after studying psychology, psychotherapy and through experience as a mental health support first aider. As well as witnessing first hand the drastic effects of untreated and undiagnosed mental health conditions.

My aim is to support and help as many individuals as possible 🙏🏻 through the use of holistic treatments and coping strategies, plans and management programs.

After recently giving a piece of advice to an individual, which at the time seemed nothing short of passover of knowledge and general experience. The freedom it has given this individual to open their mindset up on their long-term goals and ambitions in life is immense.
Here goes;
Take a whole loaf of bread for ten years (your plan) and think right this is my ten year plan, but instead of it being so much take a slice of it at a time and work through it getting to your goal then when you get to the end of the ten year , evaluate on it did you achieve what you set out to do if not why not ?

- What would you like to see yourself do in the next ten years and just keep repeating. Changing as you grow and develop with life, your situation, your goals, aims, achievements, final end goals will all look different every ten years.

-Interestingly so does our DNA 🧬

- Moral of this motive, don't eat the whole loaf of bread in one sitting!
Be wise, take your time, breathe, live in the moment.
