Hello I'm Mark - Social Enterprise, Motivational, Wellbeing and Parents Coach

I'm a Published Author, Keynote Speaker and Campaigner. I have supported hundreds of parents during the perinatal period and beyond over the last 10 years plus. I have worked in Youth and Mental Health services since 2005. I have helped change policies and raise awareness for thousands around the world. I have spoken on television and radio stations around the world, while publishing articles and books on the subjects of mental health. I have been a keynote speaker and TEDx speaker while writing four books with publishers. In 2012, I was was awarded “Inspirational Father of the year” and “Local Hero” at the Pride of Britain Awards. On World Mental Health Day in 2016 I was invited to meet The Royal Family and in 2019 and awarded the Point Of Light Award by the Prime Minister. In 2023 was awarded the British Citizen Award for Healthcare. I'm also an Ambassador for Mother’s for Mother’s and Mother Matter charities. Campaigning for mother and baby units in my own country. I was diagnosed with ADHD at forty years of age and now a research champion with Cardiff University. My pervious employment history before working in this area, was sales and marketing for ten years.
