So, what do I do???
Mostly I work with Zero Balancing. And what's that??
Developed from Osteopathy and Acupuncture (with no manipulation or needles!!), ZB release body held tension at the level of bone!
Using skilled finger pressure through your lower back, hips, feet, upper back and neck (all with you fully clothed and lying on a massage table), ZB facilitates the release of tension throughout the whole body.
ZB has been shown to relieve Tension, Stress and Anxiety by over 61% in a single session.
