I’m opening something brand new, and it’s for women who are ready to get strong in their body, build confidence through strength and put themselves first, and finally master weights without feeling lost in the gym.
I just love the support you have from each other in a group setting, so for the first time even In my business I'm offering;
👉 Group PT for Women,  Limited to 8 spots only. (1 gone already)
Here’s what you’ll get:
Small groups of just 4 women per session, so you get hands-on support without being left behind.
Learn how to lift weights properly and safely, making sure your form is correct.
Build strength, improve fitness, and feel like an absolute badass with every session.
If you’ve ever felt lost in the gym, not sure what to do with the weights, or struggled with the accountability to actually show up, this is for you.
And even if you do know your way around, but want that extra push to stay consistent, to be challenged, and to have someone cheering (and nudging) you on, this is where group training shines.
Group PT is powerful because you get the best of both worlds: the energy and fun of training alongside women who share the same values of improving themselves, and the personal attention that keeps you safe, supported, and progressing every week.
By the end of this programme, you’ll not only feel stronger and fitter, but you’ll walk away with confidence, knowing how to lift Dumbbells and Barbells, building a strong core, building a body for longevity and feeling snatch in your little black dress this Christmas!
Optional nutrition support & training plans outside the gym to keep progress rolling between sessions. Where you get access to my App, personalized nutrition and a community of women together.

📅 Starts Tuesday 7th October, last session 29th November.
⏰ Sessions at 6pm or 7pm (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
💪 16 sessions = £220, can be paid in full, or over 2 / 3/or 4 months if you sign up now. That's just £13.75 for a personal training session with hands-on support. I've always valued keeping improving your health as accessible as possible, you can't even book a reformer Pilates class for that price
✨ Bonus: You can also join my small group bootcamp at a discounted rate if you’d like extra training alongside PT. Classes run Wednesday 6:15pm, Saturdays and Sundays 9am. You'd need to book in advance to join these classes.
