Today is National Supported Internship Day and here at CTMUHB we are proud to celebrate the achievements and potential of our Project SEARCH supported interns.🥳
Project SEARCH provides young people learning difficulties and/or Autism with valuable, hands-on workplace experience, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence as they prepare for future employment.
Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Todd and Eliot, who are both working within the Princess of Wales Hospital; Todd as an Admin Assistant within Ophthalmology and Eliot working within the Pharmacy Department.
Both interns have found their experiences incredibly rewarding, crediting the internships for helping them shape their future career goals and aspirations.

Heddiw yw Diwrnod Cenedlaethol Interniaethau â Chymorth ac yma yn BIPCTM rydym yn falch o ddathlu cyflawniadau a photensial ein hinterniaid a gefnogir gan Prosiect SEARCH. 🥳
Mae Prosiect SEARCH yn darparu profiad gwaith ymarferol gwerthfawr i bobl ifanc ag anawsterau dysgu a/neu awtistiaeth, gan eu helpu i adeiladu sgiliau, hyder, ac annibyniaeth wrth iddynt baratoi ar gyfer cyflogaeth yn y dyfodol.
Heddiw, rydym yn rhoi sylw arbennig i Todd ac Eliot, sydd i gyd yn gweithio yn Ysbyty Tywysoges Cymru; Todd fel Cynorthwyydd Gweinyddol yn Offthalmoleg ac Eliot yn yr Adran Fferylliaeth.
Mae'r ddau intern wedi cael profiadau hynod werthfawr, ac maen nhw’n dweud mai eu hinterniaethau sydd wedi eu helpu i lunio eu nodau gyrfa a'u huchelgeisiau yn y dyfodol.
