We are truly blessed with the beauty that is all around us.
We are also blessed with the most amazing vessel from which to experience this.
Open your eyes look around you, listen intently, smell the fresh air, feel the coolness of the air as you breathe in & out softly gently.
Become aware, when you truly open your senses to all that is around you it feels like you are waking from a dream :-)

These are a couple of crystals that I have had with me for almost 20 years, they are rose quartz & amethyst.
Crystals have their own unique energy field & vibration, they can absorb & store energy from their surroundings.
I use them during reiki treatments, for distance healing, protection, cleansing & dowsing.
It is important to cleanse, recharge and reprogram them often.
My favourite way to cleanse them is by the light of a full moon or intuitively.
They can be recharged in sunlight and reprogramed with positive intent.
Enjoy them they are a gift from nature, easy to use, inexpensive and wonderful helpers!!
