Project Worker
You will have experience of working with employers to secure opportunities for both paid employment and work experience.
Identify and engage local employers to provide sustainable employment opportunities.
Knowledge and understanding of the kickstart programme.
Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with participants, employers, and other professionals is essential.
Provide training / coaching / mentoring for participants to support agreed actions that will improve their circumstances, increase confidence and resilience to unemployment.
You will have good knowledge and understanding of working in a coastal area.
Be disciplined to be able to work from home.
Mentor
To work with a caseload on a one 2 one basis with participants to break down barriers to employment and help people to better their lives.
Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with participants, employers, and other professionals.
Understand the importance of targets and meeting contractual compliance.
The ability to meet contractual needs and maintain accurate up to date records using IT based systems is essential.
The ability to manage own caseload and diary.
The ability to achieve sustainable jobs for participants on your caseload.
The ability to create and maintain partner connections for referral routes.
You will have good knowledge and understanding of working in a coastal area.
Be disciplined to be able to work from home.
