🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ Superhero Summer Party at Beechwood Care Centre!

What a fantastic day we had celebrating our very own superheroes! Families, residents, and staff all came together for a superhero-themed dinner, enjoying good food and even better company.

The excitement continued with our Superhero Quiz, where teams battled it out for ultimate bragging rights. Congratulations to The Hormones Team for swooping in as the quiz champions!

We also had some incredible costumes on display! The award for Best Dressed Superhero went to the amazing Archie and Sophie.

Finally, a huge round of applause to our Superhero Winners, Lauren and Jennie, who truly embodied the superhero spirit throughout the day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable celebration. Our superheroes, big and small, truly made the day one to remember!

🎉☀ Beechwood Care Centre at the CYP Summer Gala! ☀🎉

What an amazing day we had at the CYP Summer Gala at Bridlington Sports Centre! Our fabulous team hosted a fun-filled tombola, with plenty of lucky winners walking away with prizes.

Thanks to everyone who came along, had a go and supported us. Together we raised a fantastic £70 for our Residents’ Activities Fund! This will go towards creating even more special moments and activities for our lovely residents.

A big shout-out to our brilliant staff for bringing their smiles, enthusiasm and a sprinkle of Beechwood magic to the day!

🎉Beechwood Care Centre is ready to welcome new residents!🎉

We’re thrilled to announce that we have received our CQC registration, and who better to help us celebrate this special milestone than the wonderful Robin, who kindly agreed to open the home over a cup of tea and a slice of cake.☕🍰

Robin, who is a much-loved gentleman in the Bridlington community, known for his many years supporting local groups, took great pride in officially declaring Beechwood open for new residents. Naturally, he made sure the scissors were the right way round, the ribbon was perfect, and everyone was in exactly the right spot for his photo.📸

Our reception, which is the heart of our home, was filled with laughter. A wonderful sign of the happy moments to come, and we hope it’s just the beginning of many more treasured memories made here in the future.

“It’s a privilege to be able to do this,” Robin said. “It’s such a lovely home.”

🎉 We’re delighted to celebrate an exciting milestone following our home’s official registration with CQC! 🎉

This marks a special moment as Sarah Kirk and the care team prepare to open their doors to residents and families in Bridlington.

Beechwood Care Centre will offer a wide range of high-quality care including residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and complex care, all delivered with compassion and kindness at the heart of everything they do.

Sarah shared, “I feel incredibly proud to receive our official CQC registration for Beechwood Care Centre. I’m passionate about creating a home where residents feel truly safe, cared for, and part of a family. I can’t wait to welcome everyone and start building strong links within our local community.”

Thank you to the Bridlington Echo for featuring the official open day of our new care home!

We were delighted to open our doors to the community, welcoming local residents, healthcare professionals, and special guests to see what Beechwood has to offer.

The day was made even more special as we cut the ribbon alongside The Hinge Centre, receiving their Gold Corporate Friend award, recognising our commitment to supporting the local community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day and to all those who made this milestone possible. We look forward to welcoming new residents and becoming part of the Bridlington community.

🎉✨ Tombola Prize Appeal! ✨🎉

We are running a tombola at the CYP Summer Gala on Sunday 10th August 2025 at Bridlington Sports Centre!

To help raise funds for our Residents Activities Fund, we’re looking for donations of new items or unwanted gifts for our tombola (e.g. toiletries, gift sets, chocolates, drinks, toys, etc).

🌟 We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from the official launch of our brand new care home!

At our community open day event, we were incredibly proud to receive the Gold Corporate Friend of The Hinge Certificate, a special recognition from The Hinge Centre for our continued support of their brilliant community work.

It was an honour to have The Hinge team with us on the day, joining in the celebrations and helping us cut the ribbon to officially open our doors.
