Big Birthday, Big Thank You 💛 16th February
I don’t really have a big circle of friends (which I’m honestly OK with), but I do have the most lovely followers and clients across Facebook, Instagram and here — and I wanted to say thank you properly, in person.
It’s a big birthday for me (huge 😆), and I thought it would be nice to meet up on the Wednesday 11th in Stourbridge to say thank you, have a chat, and give a little update on my therapy journey and my temporary room plans.
If anyone would like to pop along and say hello, I’d genuinely love that. But this isn’t goodbye, just a pause before the next chapter.

I wanted to let you know that I will be closing my therapy room in Quarry Bank on 27th January due to circumstances that have arisen. I may have a stop gap for a temporary basis but will keep all informed.

I'll share more details once I have confirmation.

**If any of my followers can help help in the meantime who voukd offer some work or would like to discuss packages for clubs, professional sports persons** Please get in touch.

Tuesday 20th January at 3.30 pm or 5.30 pm. Only

Tuesday 27th January last day. 2.30pm & 3.00pm

Until I find either a temporary stop gap or my very own therapy room which will be my last. 🙏🏼 Thank you for all my clients, who have been so supportive given my circumstances. You are so appreciated. Thank you. 🙏🏼💜

The last few years have been incredibly difficult for me due to ongoing health issues, alongside repeated closures of therapy rooms I had rented over the years/other issues. It has been mentally and physically exhausting at times.
However, to those of you who know who you are, the support you have shown has truly carried me forward and given me renewed hope for 2026. Your kindness, encouragement, and belief in me have meant more than I can properly express. **You know who you are**
