Today I want to take a moment to honour one of my oldest and most cherished clients.
A true gentleman in every sense — always well dressed, kind-hearted, and impeccably mannered. He never failed to enjoy a little chat, a good massage, and, of course, his beloved whiskey. ( not in therapy room may I add) lol.
His warmth, humour, and quiet kindness made every visit special. He will be deeply missed, but fondly remembered for the grace and gentleness he carried so effortlessly.
Thank you, David, for the trust, the conversations, and the memories. I little catch phrase he used to say, 'Pay the lady' lovely'.

I wanted to let you know that I will be closing my therapy practice in Quarry Bank on 27th January.

I will be taking a break due to circumstances that have arisen.

The last few years have been incredibly difficult for me due to ongoing health issues, alongside repeated closures of therapy rooms I had rented over the years/other issues. It has been mentally and physically exhausting at times.
However, to those of you who know who you are, the support you have shown has truly carried me forward and given me renewed hope for 2026. Your kindness, encouragement, and belief in me have meant more than I can properly express. **You know who you are**

I’m also a qualified Sports Therapist and Pain Coach and have great success in dealing with various pain issues, so before going down the surgery root or steriod injection.
