Hello, my name is Louise Herbert. I have experience working with adults, both in private practice and also in the NHS. I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression and bereavement. I draw on various complimentary methods of counselling and psychotherapy that can be tailored to your individual needs, whether you are looking for shorter term solution focused therapy or more in-depth longer term therapy. I am also an Anxiety UK approved therapist and therefore have experience with different types of anxiety including health anxiety and social anxiety. I am located on The Drive, Hove and Burgess Hill and offer either face to face or online sessions.
