This morning I woke up thinking about playfulness and how connecting to it can bring so much joy. One of my intentions this week is to be more playful - to dance more, to sing more and to have more playful conversation. As a lover of all things deep being playful can sometimes feel frivolous, but it’s so not. It’s equally as important and the antidote so the critical inner voice and so much more.

This morning I woke up thinking about playfulness and how connecting to it can bring so much joy. One of my intentions this week is to be more playful - to dance more, to sing more and to have more playful conversation.
