1. Apply hydrating fluid to the face and neck
2. Use your sculpting tools to help with circulation and lymphatic drainage for a relaxing flow
3. Apply your eye masks to help reduce inflammation
4. Journal to help reframe your mind, 3 Things I am grateful for, 3 things that would make today great and 1 Daily affirmation. Once you’ve written these down read them all back to let them sink in
