Yoga with Pippa

Yoga with Pippa Providing yoga for everyone, of all abilities, both online and in person. If the weather is not so kind then I will hold the classes online live over zoom.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Harmonise Training Academy in June 2020. Yoga helps us in so many ways, and I would love to share my ongoing journey of learning and teaching yoga with you. I am a full time nurse working shifts, so my classes are a little sporadic due to the nature of shift work. I will update regularly with the next few weeks of class times and I am also happy to provide one to one or small group classes at a time that would suit you. When the weather permits, classes will be held in the beautiful East Brighton Park - there is free parking, toilets and changing facilities and a lovely cafe. All classes are £5 and can be paid in cash or bank transfer. All face to face classes will follow strict social distancing practices in line with covid 19 recommendations, to keep ourselves and others safe, happy and well �
