As summer begins to soften into autumn, I feel the unmistakable sense of a cycle completing. My birthday in the heart of summer marked the final year of my thirties, and with it the closing of a year-long sound healing training that has carried me through thresholds I could never have imagined.

I returned from a retreat in the Welsh valleys at the beginning of summer, a land that seems to hold both wildness and deep stillness in its bones. Something shifted there in my very foundations, in ways I do not yet have words for (that I might never have words for). I only know that I came home rearranged, quieter inside, with a deeper trust in the path that is unfolding.

It feels as though I am stepping into this next season with sound and womb work not as practices I do, but as living companions that I embody and walk with. A weaving of presence, song, silence, and the ancient remembering held so deeply in these modalities.

From this place, I would love to share the spaces opening this autumn, invitations to gather, rest, release, and be nourished together:

Sept 12th - Sound Healing Bath, Truleigh Centre, Shoreham-By-Sea

Oct 3-5 – Three-Day CPD Training (yoni steaming, womb wrapping, sacred anointing) IPHM Accredited in Brighton, Sussex.

Oct 19 – Womb Grief Immersion - Honouring what has been lost. A full day immersion held on the South Downs, Shoreham-By-Sea. A space to honour, feel, and transform the grief carried in the womb.

Oct–March – Dancing with Shadows - A six-month womb journey into the shadowlands of visibility, voice, power, worth, and betrayal - a circle for deep healing and remembrance.

Jan 2026 – Sacred Wintering - A four-part online yoni steaming series to tend the embers of your womb temple

✨ The Path of the Womb Healer ✨

At this moment in time, the world is aching for the medicine of women who remember.
Women who can hold space for the grief, the rage, the joy, and the deep remembering that lives in the womb.

We need womb healers because so much of our collective story has been written on women’s bodies and now, the time has come to reclaim the pen.
To restore our cycles as sacred.
To bring voice to the silenced.
To tend the places that have been abandoned.

Across the world, so many women are hearing the call - a pull deep in the belly, a knowing that it’s time to turn inward… to come home to the wisdom of the womb.

When we walk the path of the womb healer, we don’t just heal ourselves.
We become keepers of an ancient current.
We become midwives of transformation for our sisters, our communities, and the generations to come.

🌹 This October in Brighton, I’m opening the space for those ready to step onto this path with devotion and depth.
Together, we will explore the practices, the presence, and the initiations that awaken the womb healer within.
This is an immersion into the heart of this work a remembering, a reclaiming, a rebirth.

I’d love to invite you to something a little special…

Next week, as the days stretch long and full, I’m carving out a pocket of peace and I’d be honoured if you joined me.

I’m celebrating my birthday with a deeply nourishing sound bath, a gentle gathering to pause, exhale, and sink into the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments.

There is grief that lives in the womb often unspoken, unseen, but felt deeply. This day is a sacred container for any woman carrying grief in her womb space.

You may be holding stories of hysterectomy, abortion, miscarriage, abandonment, infertility, r**e, abuse or grief that has no name.

Through ritual, sound, womb practices, and deep rest, we will honour what has been held and create space for healing. You are not alone - it is not too late.

Years ago I thought it was normal to have brown blood at the end of each period but then I discovered womb tending practices which dramatically shifted my periods and the colour of them.

Why womb healing?

Because for so many women I speak to, in consultations, in circles, in ceremony, the womb is the last place we arrive on our healing journey. The final, quiet whisper we hear when everything else has been explored.

And that breaks my heart.

Because we live in a world that has discarded and left us uneducated on our female body.
That has ignored, dismissed, medicalised, and silenced our wombs.
That left us unprepared for the journey of womanhood.
That taught us to numb the pain, to hide the blood, to push through, to be quiet.

We weren’t told the truth - that our cycles are a source of deep wisdom.
That our wombs are a place of creativity, intuition, and remembrance.
That there is a reason we feel things there, even if we can’t name it yet.

Womb healing matters because reclaiming our connection to our cyclical bodies is an act of power.
An act of love.
An act of deep ancestral healing.

If you feel the pull to begin, know that you are not alone and that this path, while tender, is profoundly sacred.
