I have a treatment room in Haywards Heath 2 days a week, and I also do Home Visits in Uckfield, Chailey, Haywards Heath, Lewes, Brighton and Hove & surrounding areas. I qualified as a Reflexologist at one of the UK's most highly regarded Reflexology Schools, The London School of Reflexology. I am also a Reiki Practitioner and completed my Reiki level 2 attunement in 2010. I use a holistic approach to health considering the whole person – body, mind, spirit, and emotions . Treatments can help support and offer relief from sleeping and anxiety disorders, mental health, depression, physical illness, general well-being, relaxation, stress, rebalance and wind down. Reflexology is a complementary treatment whereby pressure is applied to the many reflex points which are directly connected to organs and body systems through the nervous system. This can help to return the body to a state of natural balance, improving health and wellbeing. Pressure points can be found on the feet, hands, ears and face. Reflexology works with the central nervous system, and can help to reduce pain and keep the body's energy flowing. Reiki - Is a form of energy healing by laying the hands on the body. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
