This room has been a dream in my heart for so long💫

When we moved out of London 3 years ago the plan was always to have a home treatment room in our home, so to now finally have it, feels like a total dream come true.

So much of me is held within this room. Crystals buried within floorboards. Whispered intentions into the walls. Sacred oils, resins & herbs line the shelves. Daily prayer, love & devotion is poured into this space. To hold you here is an absolute honour.

Loves, I have something to tell you!

LIBRA LOUNGE is relocating! After 3 years in Hove I am so excited to share I’ll be shutting up shop and reopening in my home studio in Worthing.

April will be my last month in Hove. I have availability on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th so do come and see me before I leave!

I’ll be busy preparing the new space and reopening for treatments in June.

The treatment menu remains the same with a new addition coming soon🔮

I also wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me and my business over the years. To my beloved clients thank you for trusting and choosing me; thank you for co-creating such a beautifully healing space with me, I am in awe of your commitment to self-care and tenderness. I am so, so lucky to have you.

Now, let’s begin this next evolution together!

Each month l’ll be giving away a complimentary 60 minute treatment to a person YOU nominate.

This person may be a shining light in your community, they may be a colleague who needs a little love, it could be a family member who is grieving, a mother who could do with a break. Who ever it may be, this is your opportunity to spread a little kindness and love.

How will this work?

On the 1st of the month I’ll share that months KINDNESS post.

Under the post I want you to tag your nominee and share! If they don’t have insta then don’t worry. You can share them with me in a DM and I’ll add them to the list.

On the last day of the month I’ll select a person at random and message them to get them booked in!

This treatment must be used within two months.

Slow, intentional, intuitive touch.

The way I work is deeply intuitive. I am guided by a profound tuning in and listening to what is there or not there. Paying attention to your breath, how your body responds to touch, noticing any tension or releasing, being a witness to your blood and lymph, fascia and muscles. Whispering to your bones and hearing what they say. Bodywork relies on the most gentle yet powerful non verbal communication. For our time together I will share my calm and grounded nervous system so yours can attune to the rest and renewal your body needs.
