I teach yoga asana classes in Vinyasa flow in Brighton, through the About Balance Studio and online via Zoom. My current offerings are:

Tuesday 17.45-19.15 - Strong Vinyasa Flow
Wednesdays 11.00-12.00 - Toddler friendly movement

I also offer prenatal, postnatal and pregnancy yoga. I am available for private classes in person and online.

Hello you lovely lot! It’s been a while, wow! I’ve taken an unexpectedly extended yoga sabbatical. Starting the year with a big family adventure and then returning to new routines and rhythms.

However, this Sunday (27th) and next (3rd August) im going to be covering a class at 🌿 Detox Flow 9.45-11.00 ♥️

I would absolutely love to see some of you there! 🥰🙏✨

Cosy season is rather suddenly upon us… but, it’s my absolute favorite time to practice yoga.
