I'm carrying a very positive feeling about what we are all going to achieve this year. It feels bright. It feels expansive. And importantly — it feels enjoyable.

This isn’t about struggle or survival anymore. There is space now for creativity, laughter, connection, and genuine momentum. Yes, there will be growth edges, but there is also going to be fun woven through it.
