If your body feels stiff or your swing feels restricted, this is for you! 🏌️🧘‍♂️

I’ll be sharing ONE simple movement each day to help you move better and feel more confident on the course.

Save this and follow along. Day 1 starts tomorrow!

A fuller turn does not come from trying harder. It usually comes from improving how well the rib cage and thoracic spine rotate. This sequence targets the mid-back in a way that is controlled, easy to follow, and highly relevant to the golf swing.

If your hips feel tight, your swing will often compensate.

This low lunge with rotation helps open up the hips while improving control through your turn.

Simple movements like this, done consistently, can make a big difference to how your body feels on the course.

Golf is rotational, but it is also balance heavy.

How is your balance right now? 1 to 10

If you cannot control your base, your body and club will not return to the ball the same way each time.

These drills build confidence, stability, and cleaner contact without making things feel complicated.

Save this and try 8 reps of each before your next practice session

More power usually comes from better transfer, not more effort.

If the core is not doing its job, golfers often overuse the arms and lose both speed and consistency.

This sequence helps you feel more connected so power can travel through the swing instead of leaking out.

Lower back tightness after golf is common, but it is often a sign that other parts of the body are not sharing the load well enough.

This recovery flow restores gentle movement through the spine and side body so the back can relax instead of bracing.

Save this for after your next round.

You do not need more random postures.
You need a plan you can repeat.
That is the idea behind my weekly Golf Yoga sessions - simple, golf-specific movement work that helps you improve rotation, balance, strength, and recovery over time.

Get yourself Tee Ready!

A good pre-round warm-up does not need to be long. It just needs to open the right areas: hips, spine, and shoulders.

This is a simple sequence to help you feel taller, looser, and ready to swing from the first tee. Do 8 reps of each.

Random drills can feel productive, but they rarely build lasting change.
Golfers need mobility, stability, and control put together in a way that actually supports the swing.
That is the difference between stretching now and then, and following a weekly method that helps you move better over time.

If your swing feels restricted, it is often not your technique - it is your body.

Tight shoulders do not just limit range - they change the shape of the swing.
When shoulder mobility is poor, golfers often lift, lose width, or struggle to control the clubface.

Start by opening the chest and shoulders, then build control. Better movement usually creates a better swing.

Try these reps 8 times each.

And stay with me - more coming this week!

I find a lot of golfers don't need more skill for their swing, but they need better movement in their body.

If the mid-back is stiff, the backswing will feel blocked no matter how hard you try.

This routine frees the thoracic spine so your turn feels smoother and more complete without forcing it.

Try 8 reps of each, and this will start to free up your spine.

Follow for more golf-specific movement drills.

Tight hips don't just feel stiff - they quietly steal yards.

If your hips cannot move well, your body will either sway or ask your lower back to do too much.

This short sequence opens the hips, improves weight transfer, and helps rotation feel freer.

It is one part of what we build inside my weekly Golf Yoga sessions.
