Following the successful introduction of these sessions as part of our Sussex Player Development Programme — and the extremely positive feedback received — we wished to offer these to our SCLGA members as an introduction to the benefits of yoga in golf.

So proud to announce that I’ll be launching Yoga for Golfers® sessions at EAST SUSSEX NATIONAL LIMITED, working with their members to support movement, performance, and long-term enjoyment of the game.

Part of this partnership will include:
• Weekly evening Yoga for Golfers® classes
• A Power & Distance Clinic, in collaboration with Jack Budgen (limited spaces available)

More and more golfers are realising that playing better, and playing for longer, isn’t just about technique or equipment. It’s also about having a body that can move, rotate, balance, and generate power comfortably.

I’m really excited to be working with this championship club that’s proactively supporting its members in this way.

A huge thank you to the team at East Sussex National, in particular steve graham for the trust and collaboration.

I’m very much looking forward to getting started in the coming weeks!!
