It’s funny how things change and evolve.

Yesterday’s workshop was themed with Mother and Daughter pairs in mind. But due to various illnesses it ended up being an International Women’s Day pampering 💪🏼

Everyone got to make a ZenEssence bath salt and Rolleroil to take home with them along with a few other treats in their goody bags AND they learnt how to give a relaxing hand massage on each other 💖

Such a lovely afternoon, we will definitely be repeating it 🙌🏼

It is a day to celebrate authors, illustrators and the joy of reading.

Whether you choose to read to improve your knowledge and skills, for wellbeing and emotional support or just purely for enjoyment, reading can bring a sense of calm and a chance to escape from everyday pressures.

I always prefer to read an actual book than use an reader.

Monday 2nd March is World Teen Mental Health Wellness Day and as parents of teens and pre-teens we feel it is an important day recognise.

It aims to normalise conversations around mental health with our teenagers and focuses on promoting self-care, supporting youth mental well-being and providing resources.

I know from personal experience that holding a safe space for teens to express their feelings and to guide them with activities that can help their mental wellness are important parts of parenting at this age. It can sometimes feel lonely as a parent navigating this often tricky time and connection with others is important for both the young person and the parent.

Our ZenEssence activities such as wellbeing walks, mum & me pamper sessions and retreat days can help to give that connection and safe space to support you.

Our ZenEssence blends are used by lots of teens, mine included. In particular,
