Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service

Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service is the NHS Primary Care Mental Health Service for Brighton & Hove

The Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service is a Primary Care based mental health service for anyone residing and registered with a GP in Brighton and Hove. We offer a range of mental health support for common mental health problems, such as low mood, stress, anxiety and depression. The service is staffed by a team of qualified mental health specialists who deliver evidence based care with an aim to support people to achieve their goals. In partnership with YMCA DownsLink Group, we also offer emotional support for young people aged 25 and under. We are a primary care service and have clinics in a wide variety of locations across the city, including many GP practices so that our service users are able to access the support in a place that is convenient for them.
