✨✨Best birthday ever!!!✨✨

I was feeling a bit bummed out about having a lockdown birthday and dreaming of cosy pub lunches!

But, there were only the three of us and it was lovely!!! My boys looked after me so much and I was super spoilt of presents and takeaways!!! It was luuuush 😋

Iain made the most epic lemon cake and I had a super pavlova delivered from my lovely friend. As well as a plethora of presents to keep my creativity flowing ###x. Just saying a massive thank you all for making it so special. Sending out all the love to my family thank you 🙏 ###

A massive shout out to for birthday love too!

When Life Gives You Lemons...

Behind Love Lemon Tree is an incredible woman with a powerful story.... In 2012 Laura had a brain legion and was rushed into surgery and diagnosed with Aggressive Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis, and epilepsy. She spent over two years undergoing intensive NHS rehabilitation re-learning how to speak, to read and to write again.

As part of her own personal healing Laura turned to Yoga which had always been a passion of hers. Yoga and meditation played a massive role in Laura’s recovery as she learnt how to heal herself from the inside out. Laura is now a qualified Children's Yoga Teacher and meditation instructor and has a natural ability to be able to connect with children. Her classes are fun and exciting and incorporate stories and play into yoga sequences. She works with groups and schools to bring an alternative approach to exercise leaving them all with a smile!

Laura has spent a lot of time with children from different ages and backgrounds to develop the first series of Love Lemon Tree guided children’s meditations that will soon be available to download on iTunes! You can sign up to pre-order them on the website now: www.lovelemontree.com
