This is the only official race photo of me that I like! It was from the Worthing half marathon in 2019. I remember it because everything went well. I had a good, personalised training plan, I trained consistently, I didn’t get injured. I came in about 30 seconds over my goal time but I still got a PB 😁. That was definitely not how my race prep usually went though 😂.
If you’re training for the upcoming Brighton half marathon, or for a Spring marathon, I hope your training is going to plan and you’re feeling good! If you’ve left it a bit late, or you’re battling niggles or injuries, or your legs are feeling overworked, come and have a massage!
