Movement and Stillness Yoga Stillness is what creates love. Movement is what creates life. To be still and still moving—this is everything.

Movement and Stillness sessions are an invitation to come into the body and connect with the breath as starting points for balance, inner peace, self-knowledge and vitality. We use simple practices to facilitate a process of moving inwards, letting movement and breath guide us to the place of stillness at the centre fof our being. Using a combination of simple asana (posture) sequences with pranayama (breath work), meditation, relaxation and creative exercises, sessions aim to support wellbeing and connection to self, world and spirit. The main focus is on awareness and presence, grounded in the body, rather than achieving complicated postures. Self-compassion and allowing ourselves to be guided by our bodies and hearts are key principles.
