I’m excited to be part of the speaker line-up for the first ever BWF Summit happening on
Saturday 4th October 2025 at PLATF9RM, Hove.

This full-day experience is for those of us working in and around wellness - coaches, therapists, facilitators, and changemakers - who care deeply about impact, access, and integrity in our work.
I’ll be joining an incredible line-up of speakers to explore what it really means to be well - beyond the commodified version of wellness we’re often sold. We’ll be diving into what it really means to be well, through powerful conversations, experiential workshops and a community-led approach to connection.
