Wild Woman Circle | Winter Solstice Special ❄️
Sunday 14th December, 10:30am–2pm | Stanmer Park, Brighton

As the longest night descends, we gather in sisterhood to honour the turning of the wheel.
To pause, reflect, and rest in the deep stillness before the sun’s slow return.

This Solstice circle is an invitation to release the old, to honour endings as gateways to new beginnings - and to welcome the light’s gentle re-emergence within and around us.

As we gather to mark the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, we celebrate the powerful energy of Samhain - a time to honour the cycles of birth, death & rebirth.

This circle offers a sacred space to honour our ancestors, release what no longer serves, and prepare for the new growth to come. Samhain is about embracing both endings and new beginnings, resting in the quiet, introspective energy of the season. Together, we’ll journey inward, listening to our intuition as we reflect on our own transformations.

Come join us as we connect to the rhythms of Mother Earth and prepare for the darkness ahead, knowing it is also a time of deep wisdom and inner renewal.

A new expression of Wild Woman Circle - created for women ready to go deeper.

Unlike our one-off circles, The Hearth is a committed journey.
This rhythm creates a steady container - a place where trust deepens, bonds are woven, and you are witnessed more fully each time you return.

Together, we’ll travel through an intentional arc of womanhood, designed to awaken deeper self-knowing, belonging, and growth.

Because the hearth is the heart of the home - a place of warmth, nourishment and belonging.

As the wheel turns once more, we arrive at the threshold of balance.

Day and night meet as equals.
We pause. Reflect. Breathe.
Honouring what has been gathered,
and gently releasing what is no longer needed.

Join us around the first fire of the season, as we mark the Autumn Equinox in sacred circle - a space for women to come home to themselves, each other, and the rhythms of the Earth.

Expect: song, stillness, sisterhood, sharing, ritual, and the quiet wisdom of the turning season. 🍂

Three years of Wild Woman Circle…

Last weekend’s Lammas Circle marked three years since I began holding these sacred spaces. Three years of showing up, of weaving community, of tending the fire - within and without.

The beauty, depth and joy of these gatherings never ceases to move me. Each woman who has stepped into the circle has helped shape it, breathe life into it, and make it what it is today. None of this would exist without you. Thank you. 🌾✨

Lammas is a time of harvest - a moment to pause, to reflect on what has grown, and to gather in gratitude. I’m so proud of what’s taken root and flourished here.
And as this season shifts, so too does the circle…

I am eternally grateful to each woman that graces these circle's with their presence, their courage, their willingness to meet their truth in that moment, whatever it may be.

These circles are an offering from my heart. I am touched by the feedback that many of you have been kind enough to share. It reminds me why I do what I do and inspires me to continue offering these spaces of community, connection and togetherness.

Two days after the full moon peaks, we’ll gather together in the soft exhale - in the quiet that follows the height of lunar intensity - to practice the sacred art of letting go.

This circle offers space to:

🌹 Rest into deep presence and connection
🌹 Be witnessed in what’s ready to be released
🌹 Move, share, reflect, and return to yourself
🌹 Sing, breathe, and be held in sisterhood

✨ Morning Collagen Cacao Elixir ✨
A new ritual I’m slowly weaving into my mornings - equal parts nourishment, intention, and deep nervous system love.

And let’s be honest... there are definitely still days where it’s back-to-back builder’s tea and survival mode. But on the mornings when I remember to slow down and choose this - I feel the difference.

🍫 Here’s what goes in this warming, grounding elixir :

● Raw Cacao - mood-lifting, magnesium-rich, and heart-opening
● Grass-Fed Collagen - for skin, gut, and joint support
● Cinnamon - balances blood sugar and brings cosy sweetness
● Turmeric - gentle anti-inflammatory golden glow
● Ashwagandha - helps calm the nervous system and support the adrenals
● Pinch of Sea Salt - supports hydration and adrenal health
● Full-Fat Coconut Milk - creamy, nourishing, full of healthy fats
● Ghee or Coconut Oil - for richness and absorption of fat-soluble goodness
● Dried rose petals on top - for no reason other than joy! 🌹

Whisked with hot water and sipped slowly (ideally without small child climbing up me - but no guarantees!).

A little look inside our yurt space... the home of our Wild Woman Circles when we're not gathering in the woods.

This yurt holds us—circular in structure, symbolic of the wombs that once held us, our cyclical nature as women, and the circles of support we cocreate every time we gather.

Here, we can rest, be cosy and warm, and simply exhale. It’s a space to top up our cups, so we can continue honouring those around us from a place of fullness. It starts with taking care of ourselves.

These images give a glimpse into the sacred space—rituals like releasing petals into water, journaling, song, and of course, herbal tea and home made cake. What you don’t see are the meditations, inner journeys, embodied movement, and breathwork—carefully guided practices to help you connect with your whole self.

At the heart of each circle is the sharing. We speak from the heart, placing down roles and expectations, and allowing ourselves to be just as we are. It’s a confidential, non-judgmental space where we don’t try to fix or heal each other. Instead, we listen deeply and trust each other’s wisdom.

Every practice is an invitation—you choose how to take part in whatever way serves you best on the day.
