🛎️ Note for those taking part in the workouts 🛎️

We have a limited number of workout mat’s this year so if you can, please bring your own mat with you! This also helps with hygiene and means you won’t be sharing anyone’s sweat 💦

We will be bringing anti bac wipes to wipe down mats when we can, but as it’s a hot day, the mats will get warm too.

Can’t wait to see you tomorrow!! 💪🏼

We’re feeling hot hot hot 🔥 🎶

It’s going to be a hot one this weekend, so we want to make sure everyone is well equipped for the heat wave.

💦 Please bring refillable water bottles with you, there are water points along Hove Promenade by the statue but water bottles will also be available to purchase.

☀️ Please bring sun cream with you! We will have some spare in our welcome hub, but please come prepared if you can.

🚑 There will be medics on site for any emergencies, please do not worry!

Stay hydrated, bring loose clothing and be ready for a super fun day filled with all your fitness faves! 💪🏼
