Saturday May 20th.

On Saturday some wonderful people came together to explore some of the impacts their boarding school had had on them and joined me at my retreat in West Sussex.

The sun shone which enabled those who doubted they would, to take the plunge into the lake which was very invigorating to say the least….

A wren entered the yurt and rabbits hopped around outside as we snuggled up with the wood burning stove and shared our experiences and stories, met each other as children and adults. A commitment was made to each other to let go of a belief or pattern of behaviour that originated from those early experiences of abandonment.

An afternoon of sharing, openess, connection, friendship forming, daring, crying, laughing and just being with one another in nature. It was pretty special. X

There are a few places left on my afternoon retreat for adults who went to boarding school In West Sussex on Saturday 1st October, should you be considering it.

A brief overview of what is planned is below.

1.30 pm - Arrival, welcome, and introductions.
2 pm - Exploration of what you left behind when you went to school.
3 pm - Nature walk / wild swim / tea / cake.
3.45pm - How did you survive? Creative exploration of survival personalities.
4.45 pm Letting Go.
5.30 pm end.
