Yesterday we ran a dance session online for our wonderful friend who lives in a different country for half the year.
How great is that! We can still feel so connected to our friend even though he is not in the room.
Our online sessions link us to friends who cannot be with us in person. They are SO valuable ♥️

Our Thursday Dreams session has a new time and a new home.

From Thursday 26th February we will be at Saltdean Lido 11.30am-12.30pm. Our wonderful leader Ella will be there as usual, no change there 😀

Thank you. The next question is, how does it feel to be a Dance Leader for Echo Performing Arts?
Ok. About me being a Dance Leader, it’s because it’s a challenge. I love to learn, feeling the vibe, showing my body how music meant to me.

How does dancing make you feel?
The way it makes me feel, is that I see my life change for better, for good.

Our dancer Charles lives in a different country for part of the year. So we connect with him via zoom.

Some people aren't able to make sessions in person, for many reasons. Online sessions are a great way to get together in a different way. We can still do all the things our in person sessions offer

- socialising
