Bodhi Tree Brighton - Buddhist Meditation

Bodhi Tree Brighton - Buddhist Meditation Bodhi Tree Brighton is a charity that has its roots in the teachings of the Buddha.

A community of Buddhist meditation groups largely serving the Brighton and Sussex area though with all of our groups running on Zoom, we are now reaching out wider. We are committed to supporting Buddhist practices and teachings in and around the Brighton area. We welcome all comers, from any religion (or none), any ethnic or cultural background, any job or profession (or none), and any sexuality. We do our best to accommodate people with mobility needs; please get in touch if you have any questions about our venues and we will help as best we can.

Meditation isn’t meant to be another task to manage.

It’s an invitation to come home to what matters.

Martin Aylward is a chance to reconnect with the love, ease, and quiet joy at the heart of Dharma, and to reset your relationship with practice as a genuine support for the life you’re actually living.

Hello! we're looking for someone to take over the Bodhi Tree page and ideally Insta account as well - I'm taking on more managing of retreats and don't have the time to do it all. We don't need lots of content, just adding retreats and events, and posting relevant content from time to time. Please email btbsecretary@gmail.com if you can help or comment below - DMs never seem to get through. (yep, I'm not great at FB - that's why we need you!)
