But we spend so much of it not fully inhabiting the present moment

🏃 We chase longer lives.
Then rush through the days we’re given.

⌚️ Time stretches when we’re waiting.
⏰Contracts when we’re present.
🕣 when we’re distracted.
⏱️Sharpens when we realise it’s finite.

Ageing doesn’t just move us forward.
It changes the texture of time itself.

Maybe the point isn’t to outrun it.
But to inhabit it.
