Hope you have had a wonderful summer. 🌞I took August off from teaching to relish in some social fun, festival work and outdoor wellness. Keeping the balance through a busy time of year. We will be starting with a longer warm up this month for those who haven’t been practicing recently. Happy New Year !!

I hope you had a wonderful time celebrating and rejoicing with loved ones through the festive season. For perhaps the first time ever I achieved the balance of social activities and personal time just right for my energy levels and have loved every moment.

This month's yoga will focus on a gentle cleansing, keeping our energy grounded and life simple. Practicing the Niyama ‘Saucha’.
As the year begins, we all think of our intentions for the year setting new goals of how we wish to be and what we wish to achieve. I have bought the most gorgeous journal from Freedom Mastery to help me manifest, plan, and take daily reflective time on my intentions. I have had intentions to journal for a few years now so here’s to making it happen in 2024!

As you set your goals for 2024 remember that we are still in the winter season in the UK and we need to be mindful of our energy this time off year. Set achievable goals and if you don’t have the energy to start a new project or activity, plan these to begin in the months of spring. A great season for new beginnings.
Whatever your intentions are may they bring an abundance of good health, wealth and happiness.
