New year, new teacher! Super proud of this awesome team of women spreading their yoga magic and joy to the young people of Brighton & Hove.

Sorry but what a cool job?! 😎✨🩷

You’ll hear their yoga chimes twinkling and belting the Om Song in nurseries & schools and even some extra special yoga parties on the weekends too.

All the while I’m in Australia cooking up the next iteration of BKY … you’ll find us on YouTube and soon to be spreading our yoga knowledge to other teachers and beyond.

help beat bedtime zoomies with an upside down! Stack books and toys on feet to keep little ones upside for longer. Maybe even throw in a nice little massage across the brow line 🧘‍♀️

New teacher alert!!! Lets reintroduce you to the team and meet the newest member of Brighton & Hove’s kids yoga girlband: Ellen 👏

🇦🇺 To those who don’t know…I (Oli) am in Australia and running the business from there - that will explain the bizarre times you receive emails from me 😳. Hi from down under!��And now we have Ellen 👏 She joined the team this year after deciding to take a sidestep from full time primary school teaching…

🌸 She still works hard in the classroom and manages to squish yoga breaks into the day wherever she can.

🌸 She is passionate about the importance of mindfulness and positive wellbeing in school from EYFS to adulthood.

🌸 She can often be spotted cooking or doing the dishes in tree pose, and her latest yoga muse is her 2 year old yogi, who gave her the encouragement to join balance kids and who loves yoga almost as much as his mum!
